Or how to change the language after installation ?

Thanks

You need tout force culture.
In file treedim.stackbuilder.Desktop.exe.config (c:\Program Files (x86)\treeDiM\PLMPack\Stackbuilder\Bin) set element "configuration/application.Settings/cultureToUse/value" to ENG.

Thanks for your fast reply

I have modified the file as below. But the software is always in French.
  <setting name="CultureToUse" serializeAs="String">
    <value>ENG</value>
  </setting>
Another setting ?

After checking, I have renamed the folder ca-CA to fr-FR and ReportTemplateHtml_CAT to ReportTemplateHtml_FRA.

And now the software and the reports are in ENGLISH language.

I am not able to test anything (writing this from an android device) but I believe the culture abreviation might actually be ENU rather than ENG.

I can now confirm that the valid way to force english language is:
  <setting name="CultureToUse" serializeAs="String">
    <value>en-us</value>
  </setting>
